I know you need a rainbow spinning cuff, and so I created it just for your. I made it with neon pony beads. There is two parts to this bracelet and the main part was started with clear beads and neon pony beads on top of that. On eace end the top is an x and the middle of that x is glow flower beads on one side and glow hearts on the middle of the other side. The middle of the bracelet (the part that rotates around) is neon rainbow daisys with a glow star in the middle of each star.
This is a fun bracelet just for your nice and bright. I also used stretchy string for easy on and off and I added more sized so you can wear on your upper arm.
